For us, function comes from perfection.

We are a machinery company located in the heart of Vorarlberg. In Feldkirch, close to the southern German and Swiss borders, around 100 employees manufacture mechanical components for machine and plant construction. With our machinery and hardening equipment, we are able to offer you complete solutions – from the raw part all the way to the completed product – that guarantee the highest level of productivity.

History

Foundation of the company NETSTAL MASCHINEN AG in Feldkirch – Gisingen.

1973

1980 & 1985

Expansion of the existing production hall.

Foundation of the company LINGENHÖLE TECHNOLOGIE GmbH through a management buy-out.

1991

1995

Construction of a new hall for heat treatment.

Introduction of a quality management system according to DIN ISO EN 9001.

1996

1997

Construction of a new hall for shipping and receiving.

Construction of a new hall for manufacturing and expansion of heat treatment.

1998

2001

Addition of a new office building with a reception area.

Extension of heat treatment with a 5m induction unit.

2002

Takeover of the EGENDER TURBINENBAU company and founding of a separate turbine construction department at Lingenhöle Technologie.

Expansion of a new hall for the metalworking shop and an additional warehouse.

Executive management is taken over by Klaus Lingenhöle Dip. Eng.

Capacity expansion of the AICHELIN chamber furnace plant.

Presentation of the Carl Georg Weitzel Prize to Klaus Lingenhöle Dip. Eng.

Power plant milestone 1: Pico power plant (2.3kW) with grid feed-in ⟶ smallest grid feed-in.
Power plant milestone 2: Fitting out a mineral water spring.

MAE fully automatic levelling press.

Power plant milestone 3: Wastewater power plant in Churwalden (194 kW).

Introduction of a new ERP system and purchase of a sandblasting machine for heat treatment.

Honoured by ACR with the Cooperation Award 2016 “Nitriding process makes tools more durable”.

2016

2017

New 5m gas nitriding system from KGO and associated gas supply extension.

Expansion of the machine fleet with a 3m CNC cylindrical grinding machine and 6m CNC lathe.

2019

New owners: company takeover by purchasing all shares: Astrid and Klaus Lingenhöle.
