Our high-end laboratory device combines the best of both the worlds of hardness testing and microscopy. The QATM 60 Evolution raises micro and small-load hardness testing to a previously unmatched level. High-precision position control of the three controlled axis systems enables thousands of analysis points.

Microscopy on a new level
With our KEYENCE VHX digital microscope, high-resolution images can be obtained from microstructure examinations with magnifications from 50x to 5000x. Damage analyses, as well as precise, optical measurements can be carried out.
