poliertes Werkstück

Electro-chemical polishing produces shiny, almost inert high-grade steal surfaces.
During electro-chemical polishing two different mechanism smoothen the surface in micro-range on one hand, on the other hand the surface is deburred in macro-range.
Unlike mechanical polishing electro-chemical polishing depends heavily on alloy, pretreatment and processing of the part. In order to use electro-chemical polishing the parts must not be contaminated (e.g. varnish, foil).

The range of application is wide and includes:
e.g. chirurgical instruments, pharmaceutic apperatures, tweezers, drains, bone-nails, even household appliances, office machines, tools, spiral-drills, transmission parts, fine mechanical parts for deburring, parts for textile machines, antennas, clocks, adornments etc.
