It is our concern to offer the possibility for young interested people to achieve a modern and wide-ranged education. Therefore we carry out a dual education-system where school and job-rotation through all departments harmonically support each other.

The basis for such a solid education is our up-to-date trainee-workshop.

We offer on-the-job training in the following areas:
- Mechanical Engineer
- Machine Mechanic
- Heat Treatment Engineer
- Chipping Engineer

On average there are 12 trainees on education.

Additionally during Jannuary, February and March there is the possibility to test as a trainee. Appointmens can be made with our instructor.
